This explains what [legal name] ("iSuni", "we") collects through isuni.ca and how it is used. We collect very little. This website has no accounts, no sign-up forms, no advertising and no tracking cookies.

What we collect

To deliver pages, our hosting provider processes connection details such as your IP address and the requested URL. We do not run analytics or configure visitor access-log collection for this public site.

If you contact us by email or phone, we keep what you send so we can answer you and follow up.

Your X-rays stay with you

Some pages let you try our image filters on your own X-rays. That happens only inside your web browser. The files are not uploaded, sent to us or stored, and the page is built so your browser blocks it from sending them anywhere. Do not use this tool with images you are not allowed to handle.

The customer portal

Signing in to the customer portal at it.isuni.ca is a separate service with its own account details, such as your email address and clinic. That information is used to provide support and manage your equipment, and is stored securely in Canada.

How information is used and shared

We use information to respond to you, provide support and run this website. We do not sell it. We share it only with service providers who help us run our services (such as web hosting and email), when the law requires it, or with your consent. Providers may process information outside Canada, in which case it is subject to the laws of that place.

This website does not set cookies.

This website is for dental professionals and is not directed at children.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent. Contact us at info@marksondental.ca. If we cannot resolve a concern, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Protecting information

We use encrypted connections and limit who can access information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. This policy is governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
