Published coverage periods

• Intraoral camera: 12 months.
• Intraoral sensor: 24 months.
• Intraoral scanner: 24 months.

Coverage starts on the original user's invoice date and applies to the original purchaser. The document does not separately identify a phosphor plate scanner warranty.

Coverage and exclusions

Eligible material or workmanship defects may be repaired or replaced after assessment. Coverage excludes misuse, unauthorized changes, consumables, routine maintenance and unrelated computer, network or third-party software problems.
